Responsibilities
- Work closely with Marketing team to implement marketing opportunities to grow Workman Lending Team’s businesses
- Support business development initiatives by researching and acquiring data and leads
- Create reporting and dashboard that sales team will use to set up client, lead, and referral meetings
- Serve as a project manager to work with marketing team to ensure deliverables are received and posted/sent/purchased in a timely fashion
- Design templated social media marketing assets in Canva; campaigns such as Recently Fundeds, Monthly Recaps, NPS Scores, and more
- Request and manage inventory of on-site signage; install signage on sites or manage installation with vendor
- Manage Workman Lending Team social media accounts with robust content calendar, optimal cadence, and engagement best practices
- Manage Workman Lending Team gifting program
- Work with Marketing Senior Marketing Account Manager on segmented email campaigns in HubSpot
- Conceptualize, shoot and edit social media content that showcases the Renovo brand and local lending approach
- Assist with setting meeting agendas, taking meeting minutes and following up with action items to respective parties
- Prioritize conflicting needs; handle matters expeditiously, proactively, and follow through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures
- Stay current on industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation within campaigns.
- Work with SVP of Marketing or Senior Marketing Account Manager on any other marketing initiatives
- On-site five days a week: 3 days in Naperville office, 1 day in the field, 1 day in Chicago office
- Other duties as assigned

What We Look For
- Bachelor’s degree and/or related experience of 2-4 years
- Preference of someone in surrounding Chicagoland area
- Entrepreneurial spirit, proactive and strong ability to anticipate needs.
- Ability to foster and cultivate relationships / thoughtful and forward thinking
- Prioritizes the customer and related customer experience (the client is Renovo’s LO)
- Strong organizational, project management and critical thinking skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
- Articulate, poised, leads with a sense of urgency
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experienced in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel)
- Knowledge of HubSpot and/or Salesforce strongly preferred
- Knowledge of Hootsuite or other social media dashboards strongly preferred
- Knowledge of Canva strongly preferred
