As we continue to grow our outreach and impact, we are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to help amplify our mission, share our story, and strengthen engagement across the communities we serve. This role offers a meaningful opportunity to combine creativity with purpose while supporting initiatives that truly make a difference.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute on-site marketing events, including job fairs, community events, and local promotions
  • Coordinate logistics for events, venues, materials, setup, staffing, schedules
  • Represent the company at community events, outreach programs, and partner locations
  • Manage and distribute print marketing materials (flyers, brochures, signage)
  • Support location-based and regional marketing campaigns
  • Work closely with operations and leadership teams to drive local engagement
  • Track event participation, leads, and overall effectiveness of field efforts
  • Build relationships with community partners, vendors, and local organizations
  • Assist with ordering, inventory, and organization of marketing supplies
  • Provide on-site support during promotions, ensuring smooth execution

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination, digital marketing, or a related role
  • Internship or hands-on experience supporting marketing campaigns preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Experience with digital marketing forms such as social media marketing and content marketing
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Creative thinking with the ability to support brand messaging
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally

Additional qualifications include

  • Fluency in English/Hindi/Gujarati is required; Spanish proficiency is a plus
