  • Drive cross-functional program management across the full event lifecycle, aligning stakeholders and vendors, managing milestones, and ensuring on-time, high-quality execution.
  • Lead event demand generation strategy, including audience targeting, pre-event promotion, on-site engagement, and post-event nurture.
  • Establish clear KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure success (MQLs, SQLs, sourced pipeline, influenced revenue) and continuously optimize performance.
  • Manage budgets, vendors, agencies, and external partners to deliver high-quality experiences while maximizing efficiency and return on investment.

What will you need to have?

  • 6+ years of experience in event marketing and event management within B2B technology organizations.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale third-party event programs and roadshows that drive measurable pipeline results.
  • Strong program management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously across regions and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring event performance and pipeline impact.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Asana, and Google Workspace
