We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Marketing Events Manager with a growth mindset to support the planning and execution of our U.S. event marketing initiatives.

The Marketing Events Manager will support the execution of Vusion’s U.S./CAN/LATAM event portfolio, including trade shows, industry conferences, customer events, and partner activations. This role is ideal for a marketing professional with a growth mindset, who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys managing logistics, coordinating vendors, and ensuring flawless execution. 

This is primarily an execution-focused role with growing strategic exposure. 

  • Event Planning & Execution 
    • Support planning and execution of trade shows, conferences, and regional events in the U.S. 
    • Manage event logistics including vendor coordination, shipping, registration, booth materials, and on-site support. 
    • Coordinate promotional materials and event assets with the marketing team. 
    • Ensure consistent brand representation across all event touchpoints. 
  • Cross-Functional Coordination 
    • Collaborate with Sales to support lead-capture and post-event follow-up processes. 
    • Work with Product Marketing and Communications to align messaging and materials. 
    • Support speaking engagements and customer participation when applicable. 
  • Budget & Vendor Support 
    • Create New Supplier Profiles and PO Numbers for Marketing Expenses in enterprise system. 
    • Track event expenses and support budget management. 
    • Assist in negotiating vendor contracts and ensuring cost efficiency. 
    • Maintain event calendars and documentation. 
  • Performance & Reporting 
    • Track event KPIs including lead volume and engagement metrics. 
    • Compile post-event reports and share performance insights with stakeholders. 
    • Support CRM lead uploads and data accuracy. 

Qualifications

Qualification we’re looking for:

  • Experience:
    • 3+years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in events or field marketing. 
    • Experience supporting trade shows or corporate events. 
    • Experience with CRM or marketing automation tools is a plus. 
  • Skills:
    • Strong organizational and project management skills. 
    • Detail-oriented with strong communication skills. 
  • Abilities:
    • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders. 
    • Willingness to travel within the U.S. (approximately 20–30%).
