Overview of Job Function:

The Partner Marketing & Events Specialist is responsible for supporting, planning, coordinating, and executing partner‑focused events and channel trade shows that drive joint pipeline, partner engagement, and brand visibility. This role sits within the Marketing organization, and reports to the Director, Marketing collaborating closely with the Partner Programs team, Americas Campaign team, and cross‑functional stakeholders. The Specialist ensures partner events meet brand standards, deliver measurable outcomes, and adhere to fiduciary and budget management requirements.

In addition to management of direct industry events & tradeshows, the Marketing Specialist will also assist in components of the annual Verint Global Sales Kickoff, the EngagConference and Verint-hosted Summits.

Principal Duties and Essential Responsibilities:

  • Event Strategy & Planning
    • Support development and execution of event strategies for partner-focused tradeshows, conferences, and joint marketing events.
    • Maintain and manage a calendar of committed partner and channel events.
    • Participate in planning sessions with Partner Marketing, Campaign Managers, and Sales on content, messaging, staffing, and attendee strategy.
    • Ensure all partner event plans—including event strategy, logistics, communications, budgets, and post-event documentation—are archived for leadership visibility.
  • Event Execution & Logistics
    • Serve as primary point of contact for assigned partner events.
    • Coordinate booth needs, shipping, registration tools, premium items, staffing, partner deliverables, and onsite execution.
    • Provide weekly event status updates and communication on milestones.
    • Support onsite event execution as needed.
  • Partner Collaboration
    • Align event goals with partner business objectives and co-marketing plans.
    • Ensure partners receive timely materials, messaging guidance, and event details.
    • Support tracking of partner-funded components and compliance requirements.
  • Budget & Fiduciary Responsibilities
    • Manage event budgets, including forecasting, tracking, invoice reconciliation, and compliance.
    • Follow financial, procurement, and MDF/co-op processes.
    • Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Vendor & Asset Management
    • Manage relationships with display houses, premiums vendors, and suppliers.
    • Support RFP processes when sourcing new vendors.
    • Oversee booth assets and inventory.
  • Post-Event Reporting & ROI Measurement
    • Collect and track event metrics, including leads, pipeline contribution, and partner engagement.
    • Collaborate with Revenue Development and Partner Marketing to assess ROI.
    • Maintain post-event reports and integrate insights into future planning.

Minimum Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • Minimum 3+ years in event marketing, partner marketing, or tradeshow coordination.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
  • Experience managing event logistics across multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of budget management and fiduciary responsibilities.
  • Willingness to travel 15-20%
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Cvent or Salesforce is a plus.
  • Successful completion of a background screening process including, but not limited to, employment verifications, criminal search, OFAC, SS Verification, as well as credit and drug screening, where applicable and in accordance with federal and local regulations.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience with technology partners or co-marketing programs.
  • Familiarity with MDF/co-op funding.
  • Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Wrike).
