We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to join our team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for a college student to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing.  The role will be 20 hours per week, beginning in mid to late March through August.  We are seeking someone who is currently enrolled in a college or university, and pursuing an undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.

Responsibilities:

  • YouTube Cleanup: Organize and optimize our YouTube channel content.
  • Proofreading: Proofread podcast and case study transcripts for accuracy and clarity.
  • Content Creation: Draft social media posts and blogs for review by our marketing team.
  • Social Media Engagement: Follow and engage with our partners, customers, and high-value prospects on LinkedIn.
  • Content Curation: Find and share relevant articles from thought leaders and industry organizations such as ASAE, TSAE, CSAE, AuSAE, and others on LinkedIn.
  • Community Engagement: Monitor and engage in conversations on LinkedIn as directed.
  • Resource Management: Add top resources to Gong blocks.
  • Data Management: Assist with data cleanup in HubSpot.
  • Content Updates: Update content and webinar thank you pages to include “Get a Demo” messages.
  • Content Library Management: Add content to the Sales and Marketing Library and Content Matrix once live.
  • SEO Tasks: Create SEO content briefs and conduct SEO topic research

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a college or university, preferably pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, especially LinkedIn.
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles.
  • Experience with content management systems and marketing tools like HubSpot is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
