You will work remotely 20 hours a week while earning your undergraduate degree in marketing or an MBA. This internship starts on either May 18, 2026 or September 9, 2026, and goes through March 31, 2027, with the possibility of an extension through the summer of 2027. 

Your performance will also be considered for a full-time role, based on openings. 

Work in a collaborative team environment where you will receive support and mentoring and have regular direct interaction with senior leaders. 

Your Responsibilities and Opportunities

  • Support the marketing team with event operations for internal and external events
  • Support digital marketing automation strategies, audiences, content, launch, tracking, and analysis. 
  • Support internal and external email content creation (newsletters, event invites, promotional emails).
  • Project management and quarterly maintenance of collateral and thought leadership projects.
  • Support LinkedIn content production, posting, and advertising
  • Support production of the Breakthrough Work Podcast
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements for the Role 

  • Strong communication and follow-up skills with an aptitude for detail
  • Strong project management skills
  • An entrepreneurial and growth mindset
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to include a proactive, service-focused attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A high motivation to learn while taking direction and absorbing information quickly 
  • Good research and problem-solving skills 
  • An interest in marketing, communications, and research 
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and marketing CRM tools is a plus but not required.
  • Advanced knowledge of generative AI prompting, tools, and potential
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of LinkedIn
  • Basic knowledge of podcast or webinar production
  • The ability to travel occasionally to our Lehi, UT office
  • An interest or background in finance, accounting, or software is a plus
