The annual salary for this position is $85,000-100,000; the position is also eligible for an annual year-end discretionary bonus.

This position will be responsible for these essential functions:
- Help set and execute marketing strategies that enhance property performance, optimize budgets, and support portfolio goals.
- Lead and develop the Marketing Associate; provide hands-on support for high‑profile or priority initiatives as needed.
- Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships to support marketing execution and client satisfaction.
- Participate in annual business planning and develop strategic marketing budget recommendations.
- Track and analyze lead generation performance at the property and portfolio level; share insights and recommendations with property teams and leadership.
- Ensure brand compliance across corporate and property-level marketing and communications.
- Oversee the company’s brand standards and digital assets, including websites, presentations, and pitch materials.
- Partner with leadership to manage public relations, social media strategy, and company communications.
- Lead internal communications initiatives to ensure timely, consistent information sharing across the organization.
- Plan and execute company‑sponsored events, including grand openings, resident programs, and corporate events, in collaboration with senior leadership.
- Travel periodically to assigned markets to build relationships and maintain market and property familiarity.
- Direct internal communications initiatives, providing clear, consistent, and timely information to employees through a variety of channels and programs.
