The Marketing Manager, Demand Generation – Strategic & ABM Programs reports to the Senior Marketing Manager, Demand Generation and leads Quorum’s up-market growth efforts. This role focuses on executing strategic, account-based marketing programs that create demand and accelerate pipeline for high-value target accounts. You’ll develop, execute, and optimize multi-touch campaigns focused on our largest prospects and most strategic verticals. Success in this role is measured by contribution to the sales pipeline, influence on enterprise sales velocity, and the ability to drive personalized engagement across the entire buyer journey.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute ABM programs across 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many models for top-tier accounts, using tools like Demandbase, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and custom landing page experiences.
  • Partner with sales leadership to align GTM strategy, prioritize target accounts, and co-create outreach sequences and plays that engage decision-makers and buying committees.
  • Orchestrate integrated campaigns (email, events, digital ads, content, webinars) that are insight-driven and tailored to strategic personas across the enterprise buying cycle.
  • Monitor and report on pipeline impact for their tactics. This includes conversion rates and attribution using Salesforce, Marketo, or other dashboards.
  • Leverage AI tools and automation to scale personalization and operational efficiency while ensuring compliance with privacy and security policies.
  • Pilot and optimize upmarket tactics like predictive modeling, buyer intent workflows, and multi-threaded outreach in collaboration with sales.
  • Create high-value content (emails, microsites, thought leadership) with input from product marketing and SMEs that resonate with C-level decision-makers.
  • Manage agency and vendor relationships supporting ABM, content syndication, and paid media programs.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in B2B demand generation, with at least 1 year of experience running ABM programs.
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and product marketing.
  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot (or Marketo), and ABM platforms like Demandbase, Terminus, or 6sense.
  • Strong project management skills; able to prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to executive audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to report on full-funnel metrics and revenue contribution.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS buying cycles and multi-stakeholder selling environments.
  • Background in vertical or persona-based campaign strategy (e.g., government, finance, or healthcare sectors).
  • Physical effort/lifting up to 50 pounds irregularly.
  • Occasional travel may be required for team/client meetings.

Compensation 

  • On Target Earnings: $85,000.00 – $100,000.00 (dependent upon base salary) 
  • Base Salary: $80,000.00 – $95,000.00 (commensurate with experience)
