Requirements

  • 3+ years in B2B marketing — demand gen, outbound, content, or a mix. No B2C or agency-only backgrounds.

  • Hands-on with outbound email platforms — someone who has built and run sequences, not just overseen an agency that did. Familiarity with tools like Lemlist, Mailshake, Instantly, or equivalent.

  • HubSpot proficient — owns their own campaigns, builds lists, tracks attribution.

  • Can write — clear, concise, confident. This person will draft copy.

  • Data-driven — reads performance dashboards, interprets what the numbers mean, and adjusts strategy.

  • Comfortable being the most senior full-time marketer.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience in logistics, fleet, supply chain, or transportation technology.

  • Clay experience — prospecting, enrichment workflows, and list-building logic.

  • ABM (Account-Based Marketing) experience — running campaigns to a named account list.

  • Salesforce — even read-only familiarity with CRM data is a plus.

  • Has built a marketing function from scratch at a startup or scale-up.

Responsibilites

  • Fine-tune FleetPulse's outbound engine. This means owning the full Clay + Lemlist stack — list-building logic, campaign sequencing, copy, and performance optimization — targeting around 1,000 fleets per week.

  • Launch and run the ABM program to a defined list of enterprise and mid-market fleet accounts. Work directly with the VP of Commercial Operations to prioritize accounts and tailor messaging.

  • Stand up email nurture cadences in HubSpot — from scratch.

  • Contribute to content and positioning work— shape how FleetPulse talks about its product to different buyer personas.

Benefits:

  • Unlimited PTO

  • Company 6% 401k Match

  • Choice of three healthcare plans

  • Dental & Vision

  • Company provided STD, LTD and Life Insurance

  • 12 paid company holidays

  • Full paid parental leave
