The Marketing Manager will create and execute marketing strategies, manage campaigns, budget, and support sales while ensuring strong online and offline presence.
This is a remote position.
- Looking for a Marketing Manager to take ownership for creating marketing strategy and executing the same.
- You will plan and execute a campaigns online and offline marketing to build awareness of our business within our target B2B audience, help position us as a thought leader and further grow our sales pipeline.
- Strategy; turn business objectives into a robust and effective marketing strategy to help the business achieve its goals.
- Budget; manage and report on the marketing budget.
- OEM Management
- Responsible for the output and performance of our content and digital marketing
- Stakeholder Management; work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders across sales and product management to ensure there is buy in and understanding about future marketing campaigns.
- Sales Support; support the sales team with collateral and content to help them convert more prospects.
- Demand Generation; utilise a variety of tools and tactics to generate leads and drive pipeline growth.
- Content Marketing; the execution of a variety of content marketing activities - thought leadership, blogs, ebooks, webinars and video - ensuring quality is high.
- Responsible for the website, ensuring content is optimised for SEO, and build our presence across our social channels - LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook.
- Automate marketing tools, ensure marketing and sales activities are connected
- Assist in the analysis and mapping of client business requirements to application solutions;
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations;
- Oversee design and solutions to meet the needs of business requirements.
- Present formal presentations and executive summaries to senior management to provide recommendations and status updates;
- Should be able to understand and map domain requirement with standard functionalities available in ERP;
Requirements
- Experience of 3-5 years in ERP / Digital Solution marketing activities
- Demonstrable experience of building and executing a marketing strategy that positively impacts awareness and pipeline growth.
- Excellent written skills with the ability to present at board level and inspire a team.
- Broad experience across online and offline marketing channels.
- Excellent relationship building skills.
- Track record of managing external marketing agencies if necessary
- Experience in running campaigns, events, workshops
- Budget management experience.
- MBA is preferred but not mandatory;
- Hands on experience in using lead generation tools and CRM
- Applicants must be willing to travel overseas;
- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills at all levels;
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision & under pressure;
