The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and promoting our brand and products through strategic marketing initiatives. Reporting directly to the company President and collaborating closely with the sales and product teams, this individual will develop and execute impactful marketing campaigns aimed at distributors and their end-user audiences. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about communicating value to a B2B audience. They should excel at balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution in marketing communications, content creation, and collateral development to elevate brand impact and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Campaign Leadership

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals, brand vision, and product growth targets.
  • Lead the planning, creation, and distribution of tailored content for distributor networks, emphasizing compelling value propositions for end users.
  • Partner with sales to design and launch co-marketing programs that enhance distributor engagement and support their sales objectives.

Content Development & Brand Messaging

  • Independently create and manage a range of marketing materials, including brochures, product sheets, digital ads, social media content, newsletters, and blog posts.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels to strengthen brand recognition and positioning.

Distributor Enablement

  • Develop and deliver impactful sales materials and toolkits that empower distributors to effectively represent and promote our products.
  • Organize and maintain digital assets, ensuring distributors have quick access to up-to-date resources and marketing tools.

Brand Oversight & Visual Standards

  • Manage and maintain a cohesive brand presence across digital platforms, ensuring a professional and aligned brand image.
  • Collaborate with designers to create visually engaging assets that elevate product appeal and enhance brand visibility.

Digital Marketing & Channel Growth

  • Design, execute, and measure digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, and SEO, optimizing tactics to expand reach and engagement.
  • Actively manage social media channels to increase audience interaction, brand loyalty, and overall engagement.

Market Insights & Performance Analysis

  • Conduct ongoing research into market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategic marketing direction.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to gain insights and refine future marketing efforts, ensuring effective use of resources.

Event Strategy & Trade Show Management

  • Oversee and coordinate trade show, exhibition, and promotional event strategies, working directly with sales and distributors to maximize impact.
  • Manage end-to-end event logistics, from planning and promotional material development to post-event follow-up, enhancing brand presence and lead generation.

Voice of Customer (VOC) Initiatives

  • Lead Voice of Customer (VOC) activities to gather and analyze customer feedback, uncovering insights that inform product development, marketing strategies, and customer experience improvements.

Website Management & Optimization

  • Oversee, update, and continuously optimize the company website, ensuring it reflects the brand’s quality, showcases products effectively, and provides an exceptional user experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in a marketing strategy or marketing management role, ideally within manufacturing or B2B industries.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and market research techniques; experience with CRM and marketing analytics platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and team-oriented approach.
  • Experience in digital marketing, product positioning, and distributor relations is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing B2B strategies and initiatives that have grown sales.

This position is bonus-eligible.

Pay Range:

93,750.00 - 156,250.00
