As a Marketing Director, you will play a critical role in shaping and amplifying Toro’s brand, driving demand generation, and supporting revenue growth across the organization. You’ll develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that elevate our presence in the market, strengthen our customer engagement, and support our sales and product teams.

You’ll thrive here if you are a creative strategist, a natural storyteller, and a data-driven marketer who loves blending big-picture thinking with hands-on execution. You’ll work cross-functionally to ensure Toro’s message is cohesive, compelling, and aligned with our goals as we scale rapidly in a high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Toro’s multi-channel marketing strategy across digital, content, events, brand, and product marketing.
  • Plan and manage demand-generation campaigns to support pipeline growth for the revenue organization.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to create compelling collateral, messaging, and storytelling that communicates Toro’s value clearly and consistently.
  • Drive content creation including case studies, blog articles, website content, and social media.
  • Manage partnerships with external agencies and vendors to support execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics to ensure marketing efforts are optimized for growth and aligned to business goals.
  • Support planning and execution of industry events, conferences, and customer initiatives.
  • Maintain brand standards and ensure consistency across all communication channels.

Skills / Experiences

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS, logistics, supply chain, or a high-growth startup environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, demand generation, and brand strategy.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling messaging.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate market needs and deliver effective campaigns.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and shifting priorities.
  • Strong analytical mindset; comfortable using data to inform strategy and measure success.
  • High emotional intelligence and collaboration skills; able to build trust and alignment across teams.
  • Positive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented attitude.

Benefits

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • Unlimited PTO
  • 401(k) policy managed by Empower
  • FFC Gym Membership ($150+/month value)
