Overview 

The Marketing Manager at Dickson is responsible for driving measurable pipeline growth by developing and executing strategic, data-driven campaigns that generate high-quality marketing and sales qualified leads within North America. This role partners closely with Sales, Product Management, and external resources to deliver integrated programs across paid, organic, and owned channels in support of Dickson’s growth objectives. 

The ideal candidate is a results-oriented marketer with strong demand generation experience, exceptional project management skills and proven leadership across digital channels, with a deep understanding of how go-to-market strategies drive revenue growth. 

Responsibilities 

Demand Generation   

  • Lead demand generation efforts for North America (NA) focused on acquiring new marketing-qualified (MQLs) and sales-qualified leads (SQLs) aligned with Dickson’s target markets. 

  • Plan and execute integrated, multi-channel campaigns that support pipeline development across digital, trade, website and other tactics. 

  • Translate audience and segment insights into compelling messaging that informs AEO, SEO and other marketing strategies, helping to increase brand visibility and diversify demand sources.   

  • Manage HubSpot and Salesforce lead flow with Marketing and Sale teams to improve campaign performance and funnel outcomes. 

Channel Optimization   

  • Manage development and implementation of integrated marketing programs for the region including acquisition and retention campaigns, webinar planning and implementation, trade shows and new product introductions.    

  • Lead website development efforts to deliver a best-in-class digital experience, improving traffic quality, UX, engagement, conversions and ecommerce growth.  

  • Manage content creation with internal and external teams, including messaging and copy for blogs, videos, landing pages and other assets to drive awareness and demand generation within the region.  

  • Own the development and execution of effective NA paid marketing strategies including PPC/search, trade advertising and other digital opportunities.  

  • Proactively monitor channel impact and recommend targeting adjustments, testing and messaging to maximize ROI and lead quality. 

SEO Growth  

  • Support SEO strategy and execution for NA in partnership with internal and external partners to increase organic traffic and inbound engagement. 

  • Identify content, keywords, and on-site enhancements for North America to support long-term organic growth. 

  • Proactively utilize performance data to help prioritize SEO initiatives that directly contribute to NA growth goals, including those maximizing AEO impact. 

Marketing Analytics and Reporting 

  • Ensure programs and campaigns are properly tracked, measured, and optimized using HubSpot, Salesforce, WooCommerce and other platforms. 

  • Define KPIs and proactively report on funnel and channel performance, including lead volume, conversion rates, cost per lead, and revenue attribution. 

  • Proactively recommend and deliver clear, actionable marketing strategies based on insights, working with a sense of urgency to follow-up and ensure timely execution of deliverables. 

  • Continuously test, learn, and optimize campaigns based on analytics and market feedback. 

Cross-Functional and Vendor Collaboration 

  • Collaborate closely with the global Marketing team, Sales, Product Marketing, and other functional areas to ensure campaign alignment and execution excellence. 

  • Actively manage internal and partner workstreams to ensure timelines, deliverables and performance expectations are met, and apply insights to improve program outcomes.    

  • Support marketing planning and forecasting including development of ROI assumptions for NA growth initiatives. 

Required Skills 

  • Proven expertise in demand generation and integrated campaign development, including hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce and other performance tools. 

  • Website management experience across UX, navigation architecture and content optimization strategies, preferably leveraging AI-driven insights to generate  engagement and impact.   

  • Background in effectively managing paid media programs such as PPC/search, digital advertising, and trade media. 

  • Working knowledge of SEO best practices and organic growth strategies. 

  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to effectively lead planning process, anticipate needs and ensure timely execution of work.  

  • Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization and stakeholder management skills. 

  • Bias toward action, experimentation, and continuous improvement. 

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. 

  • Experience working with marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce strongly preferred). 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience. 

  • Approximately 5 years of experience in a demand generation, digital marketing or campaign-focused marketing role, preferably in B2B environments. 

  • Excellent project management, communication and interpersonal skills. 

  • Self-motivated, curiosity-driven, with an eagerness to learn and continuously improve skills and professional impact. 

  • Demonstrated success driving measurable lead generation and business growth. 

  • Experience managing external agencies and vendors. 

  • Highly adaptable with a strong work ethic, bias to action, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization.
