The Marketing Manager serves as a trusted advisor to clients, shaping marketing strategy and fostering strong partnerships that drive long-term growth. Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Marketing Execution
  • Work with the team to develop and lead the execution of integrated marketing plans tailored to each client’s business goals, challenges, and market position.
  • Continuously audit and optimize marketing efforts, seeking opportunities to improve performance and deliver client ROI.
  • Drive the strategic use of DH+ resources and capabilities, ensuring our solutions remain proactive and business-first.
Client Engagement & Communication
  • Act as the client’s trusted advisor, proactively identifying needs and bringing business-building ideas to the table.
  • Lead quarterly/semi-annual business reviews and strategic planning sessions to align efforts with evolving client goals​. Present clear and actionable marketing metrics, proactive ideas and insights during client meetings and reviews.
  • Build long-term client relationships rooted in trust, transparency, and measurable impact.
  • Communicate with clarity, empathy, and professionalism; document and track input, progress, and feedback.
Campaign Management & Execution
  • Work with the team to lead the scoping, development, and delivery of omni-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Draft and present project briefs and scope of work, ensuring full alignment with client expectations, goals, and deliverables.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Partner with creative and technical teams to ensure flawless execution and client satisfaction.
Leadership & Team Collaboration
  • Serve as the marketing lead on multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration across departments.
  • Share knowledge and best practices with internal teams to build collective strength and deliver consistent results.
  • Proactively manage capacity and flag issues before they impact delivery.

  • Strengthen client relationships by delivering consistent value and work with the team to proactively identify growth opportunities.
  • Act as a steward of the DH+ brand and service model, delivering a Platinum+ experience at every touchpoint​.

  • Maintain disciplined project execution, ensuring clarity around objectives, scope, timing, and outcomes.
  • Collaborate seamlessly across departments, reducing bottlenecks and aligning expectations.

Preferred Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 3-6 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies.
  • Understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, lead generation, and marketing analytics.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized with a passion for details and process.
  • Experience with marketing platforms, CRM tools, and project management systems.
  • Proven ability to lead client relationships and inspire internal teams.

Salary Range

The total target compensation for this role will be an annual salary of $65,000 – $85,000. Pay will be determined based on location, experience, internal pay equity, and relevant business considerations.
