What does this role mean to us?

We’re looking for a versatile, hands-on Marketing Manager to drive pipeline and brand awareness across the full marketing mix. This isn’t a narrow specialist role; you’ll move confidently between field events, digital demand generation, technical content, and social, while working closely with sales, product, and partners to grow our presence in large enterprise verticals.

What will you be doing as our Marketing Manager?

  • Field & partner marketing — Plan and execute executive dinners, roundtables, webinars, conference sponsorships, and partner co-marketing (e.g. AWS), owning logistics and reporting against pipeline targets.
  • Digital demand generation — Build, optimise, and report on paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, and other B2B channels; support SEO and landing page best practices to drive qualified leads.
  • Technical content & storytelling — Translate complex IT operations topics (disaster recovery, incident management, cloud migration) into clear, compelling content — blogs, guides, white papers, and landing pages — for CTOs, SREs, and DevOps audiences.
  • Social media — Own Cutover’s organic social strategy and brand voice (LinkedIn primary), building a content calendar and growing engaged community.
  • Leverage AI — Integrate LLMs and emerging AI tools into content production, personalisation, and marketing automation to move faster and scale.
  • Collaborate & report — Partner with sales, product, revenue ops, and leadership to align on campaigns and measure what’s working.

What we’d like you to bring to the table…

  • 3–5 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS or enterprise tech (financial services a plus)
  • Hands-on track record running field events end-to-end and managing paid and/or social campaigns
  • Strong writer who can make technical topics clear and engaging without losing accuracy
  • Comfortable owning programs in a fast-moving, lean team
  • Fluent with HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and AI-powered marketing tools
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, SEO tools, and ABM is a bonus

The good stuff…

  • We’re excited to offer Share Options as part of our compensation package.
  • 20 days of PTO per year + public holidays, and we want you to take all of them!3 volunteer days to use for any charitable/voluntary cause you like.
  • A top-tier private health insurance package.
  • 401k contribution planWork from home stipends
  • personal learning and development budget through Learnerbly. You’ll be supported in your quest for knowledge, whatever that looks like to you.
  • If you’re thinking of starting or growing your family, then you’ll be in great company - more than half of our team are parents and we’ve built a globally consistent parental leave approach that we’re proud of.
  • Employee Referral Scheme.
  • Safeguarding the mental health of our teams is paramount for us. If you’d like to, then you’ll be able to avail yourself of multiple Cutover mental health initiatives, from fully subsidized therapy sessions to subscriptions to leading wellbeing platforms.

Target compensation package: NYC (and higher cost locations) - $130k-$140k / US (other) - $110k-$120k

The final offer may vary from the target compensation package, taking into consideration factors such as your experience level and skill set.  If we aren’t aligned on salary at this stage, we’d still love to hear from you to better understand if there are more suitable opportunities at Cutover.
