The J.P. Morgan Commercial & Investment Bank is experiencing a transformation in its content supply chain operations to enable faster development and delivery of marketing campaigns to its global customers and prospects.
As a Marketing Operations Transformation Executive Director on the Corporate Investment Bank team, you will define, implement and operate the end-to-end marketing content supply chain. You will be responsible for spanning multiple applications, including Adobe Workfront, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Assets and other Adobe AI-enabled tools. You will own a multi-quarter strategic portfolio spanning platform integration, Digital Asset Management (DAM) operations and modernization, expansion of the Adobe application ecosystem, and ensuring content delivery to multiple channels. You will manage a team of Marketing Operations professionals and work closely with Martech, Technology, Product Experience, and the Integrated Marketing Centers of Excellence production teams.
Job Responsibilities
- Define and deliver a multi-year content supply chain transformation strategy and roadmap aligned to marketing priorities and business outcomes.
- Partner with stakeholders to translate needs into process, platform, automation, and operating model solutions.
- Identify opportunities across the end-to-end workflow, define future state, and drive enhancements across platforms, automation, and governance.
- Establish KPIs and measurement (e.g., cycle time, throughput, adoption, quality, compliance, cost-to-serve) and report realized value.
- Identify and prioritize AI/automation use cases to reduce manual effort and improve decision-making and throughput.
- Lead DAM modernization and unification (AEM Assets), enabling reliable content delivery across channels and distribution platforms.
- Define and implement DAM integrations (Workfront, Creative Cloud, Frame.io, and selected non-Adobe tools).
- Deploy and drive adoption of Adobe applications (e.g., Content Hub, Dynamic Media, GenStudio, Express) aligned to priority use cases.
- Manage vendors and dependencies (Adobe and third parties), including delivery, risk, and commercial performance.
- Lead change management and operating model evolution to drive sustainable adoption.
- Manage risks, interdependencies, and delivery across a multi-quarter portfolio; ensure transparent governance and communications.
Required qualifications, capabilities, & skills
- 12+ years in Marketing Operations, Digital Transformation, or MarTech leadership
- Deep expertise with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Workfront Planning, Workflow, and Automation, DAM platforms in general, and familiarity with the Adobe family of applications
- Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional transformation programs
- A consultative style with strong integration and systems-thinking capabilities
- Expertise in taxonomy, metadata governance, and workflow design
- Proven ability to influence vendors and senior stakeholders and drive alignment
- Transformation of current marketing workflows and content operations to realize time and cost savings and improved user experience
- A fully integrated marketing technology ecosystem across Workfront, AEM, and DAM
- Successful migration to AEM Assets Cloud
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, & skills
A unified taxonomy, governance and a scalable, organization-wide DAM
Financial services or large enterprise experience preferred
Improved speed and efficiency of content production and distribution
