Reporting to the Director of Marketing Operations, you will lead the adoption of marketing platforms, processes, and governance frameworks across the global marketing organization. Your primary focus will be helping teams successfully navigate change, ensuring new capabilities are understood, embraced, documented, and embedded into everyday workflows.

You will partner closely with the Marketing Technology Manager, business unit marketers, sales, and commercial excellence teams to drive organizational readiness, stakeholder alignment, user adoption, and measurable business outcomes. Success in this role is not just implementing change, but ensuring it is sustained over time and delivers lasting value.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop and execute adoption strategies that drive awareness, readiness, engagement, and long-term utilization of marketing platforms and capabilities.
  • Partner with the Marketing Technology Manager to develop rollout plans, communication strategies, training programs, success metrics, and adoption targets for new capabilities.
  • Design and deliver training, workshops, office hours, enablement resources, and ongoing support programs for global marketing teams.
  • Establish feedback mechanisms and adoption metrics to measure effectiveness and identify opportunities to strengthen adoption.
  • Partner with process and platform owners to ensure marketing processes, governance standards, and best practices are clearly documented, communicated, and consistently maintained.
  • Maintain and evolve a centralized repository of marketing processes, governance documentation, platform resources, and training materials to support onboarding, consistency, and organizational continuity.

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Organizational Development, Operations, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience leading organizational change, business transformation, adoption, enablement, or marketing operations initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success leading the adoption of new technologies, processes, or organizational initiatives across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and organizational readiness.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and influencing skills, with the ability to build alignment across a highly matrixed organization.
  • Experience developing training programs, enablement strategies, documentation, and adoption measurement frameworks.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and use data and feedback to demonstrate impact.
  • Experience supporting enterprise technology implementations, marketing platforms, CRM systems, or MarTech ecosystems is strongly preferred.
