As a Marketing Project Manager in a temp role, you will support managing multiple key workstreams and initiatives on behalf of our client. You will help make impact by driving clarity, organization, and follow-through across timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables. This role focuses on keeping work moving, maintaining trackers and workback plans, and ensuring teams have what they need to ship on time. 

This temporary position requires prior experience either working in a consulting capacity with Microsoft or having direct experience at Microsoft.

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day project management and workback planning across all client workstreams by tracking what is shipping, when, who owns it, and what is blocked
  • Create communications for team BOM as needed, including call for content, pre-reads, recaps, agendas, and execution plans
  • Maintain and build all team workstream calendars, operational frameworks, workback plans, and execution plans, including SharePoint list tracking system
  • Drive needed rhythms to document and track any shifting timelines, stakeholders, or requirements and drive needed client stakeholder alignment to track task completion, flag changes/risk, and ensure deliverables are ready when needed
  • Develop workbacks, assets, and communications to track budget spend
  • Maintain comprehensive checklist and workback plan with milestone tracking, progress updates, and action items for all key moment/events
  • Produce and update process documentation frameworks and guidelines quarterly
  • Maintain a Teams/SharePoint repository for all assets and documentation 

Minimum Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related degree
  • 3 years of experience in project management, program management, business management, marketing operations, and data analysis
  • 3 years of professional experience required (consulting experience a plus)
  • Preference for client-facing professional services experience
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Suite of productivity tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), and SharePoint Lists
  • Power BI, Tableau, HubSpot, QuickBase, SharePoint, OneNote experience is a plus
