We are now looking for a Marketing Project Manager to take ownership of projects, ensuring deliverables are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
What You’ll Do
As a Marketing Project Manager, you will be the bridge between strategy and execution. Your role will focus on:
- Project Planning & Coordination – Define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables across marketing initiatives.
- Team Collaboration – Coordinate with designers, copywriters, digital marketers, and external vendors to ensure smooth execution.
- Campaign Management – Oversee digital campaigns across channels (social media, Google Ads, email marketing, SEO, and content marketing).
- Process Management – Create workflows, assign tasks, track progress, and manage priorities using project management tools.
- Quality Assurance – Review and ensure deliverables meet brand standards and client expectations.
- Reporting & Optimization – Track KPIs, prepare performance reports, and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Budget Oversight – Monitor campaign budgets, report variances, and ensure resources are used efficiently.
- Stakeholder Communication – Serve as the point of contact for internal teams and clients, providing updates on project status, risks, and solutions.
Requirements
- Experience: 3–5 years in marketing project management or digital marketing leadership.
- Skills: Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills with attention to detail.
- Tools: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com, Jira). Familiarity with CRM platforms (Zoho preferred).
- Marketing Knowledge: Solid understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, content, and email marketing).
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and make performance-driven recommendations.
- Soft Skills: Proactive, adaptable, problem-solving mindset with leadership qualities.
- Language: Strong written and verbal communication in English (C1 or higher).
