We're looking for a Marketing Project Manager to bring structure, visibility, and momentum to how our marketing team operates. This person will be the connective tissue between Marketing, Product, and other cross-functional partners. You’ll own and manage end-to-end systems and processes—developing project plans, coordinating tasks in Asana and Jira, and trafficking deliverables. You are the backbone of creative services, a liaison with product, and someone who can navigate ambiguity to turn ideas into organized, executed plans.

What you’ll do

  • End-to-End Ownership: Lead the marketing project workstream from intake and scoping through execution, trafficking, and final delivery.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the primary operational liaison between Marketing, Product, CX, and Compliance to align on priorities, dependencies, and intake requests.

  • Tool & Workflow Architecture: Build, optimize, and manage workflows in Jira and Asana, including intake forms, project templates, and documentation standards.

  • Risk & Timeline Management: Proactively identify dependencies, flag timeline shifts, and resolve project blockers across internal and external stakeholders before they impact deadlines.

  • Process Documentation: Create and maintain shared documentation to ensure processes, workflows, and project decisions are visible and accessible to all teams.

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify operational gaps or inefficiencies in current workflows and implement scalable process improvements.

What we’re looking for

  • 3–5+ years of experience in marketing project management, marketing operations, or a similar coordination-heavy role in a compliance heavy environment.

  • Advanced Tool Fluency: High proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Asana, and G Suite—you don't just use these tools, you know how to configure and optimize them.

  • Process Builder: Proven experience building operational processes from scratch, rather than just maintaining inherited workflows.

  • Cross-Functional Execution: A strong track record of managing multiple stakeholders across different levels of an organization and successfully delivering complex projects on time.

  • Communication & Transparency: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong bias toward proactive documentation and expectation management.

  • Adaptability & Focus: High attention to detail, a strong sense of accountability, and the comfort to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Bonus points for

  • Experience managing creative production workflows (copy, design, video).

  • Experience in fintech, consumer apps, or subscription-based businesses.

The anticipated annual base salary for this position is $90,000 - $125,000. This range does not include any other compensation components or benefits for which an individual may be eligible. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include the qualifications of the individual applicant, years of relevant experience, specific skills, education, certifications, and geographic location.

We are proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
