Summary:

In this role, you will lead strategic program planning and execution to drive alignment with organizational goals. You will oversee multiple interconnected projects, ensuring cohesive delivery, measurable outcomes, and efficient resource utilization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients, manage risks, and use data-driven insights to optimize performance and continuously improve program effectiveness. You will leverage marketing agency, product management, or campaign management experience to support successful program delivery and stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities:

  • Define program goals and success metrics aligned with organizational strategy.

  • Develop and maintain program roadmaps, timelines, and budgets.

  • Ensure projects align with overarching business outcomes.

  • Manage interdependencies across projects to prevent delays.

  • Align resources and schedules to support efficient delivery.

  • Facilitate collaboration across project teams and clients.

  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.

  • Monitor program performance and escalate critical issues.

  • Track KPIs and report progress to senior leadership and clients.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree preferred.

  • 5 or more years of relevant experience required.

  • Several years of marketing agency experience or product management experience or campaign management experience.

  • Adobe Workfront experience.

  • PMP or other project management certifications preferred.

  • Strong program and project management expertise.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Effective written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex initiatives.

  • Experience using data to drive decision-making and performance improvements.

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $88,900.00 to $155,500.00.

This position is also incentive eligible.
