About the Role

Vitable Health is seeking a highly organized, execution-oriented Marketing Specialist to power our marketing programs and event engine. This role is critical to ensuring our conferences, webinars, campaigns, and content distribution efforts run smoothly and on time.

This is an execution-heavy role designed to scale marketing output efficiently. You’ll partner closely with Sales and Customer teams to drive seamless program execution while leveraging AI tools to increase speed, quality, and consistency.If you thrive on checklists, timelines, operational excellence, and making complex programs run flawlessly, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do1. Event Execution

Own logistics and execution for conferences and in-person events:

  • Manage booth booking and event registration
  • Coordinate shipping of banners, swag, and materials
  • Submit artwork, sponsorship forms, and required assets
  • Track deadlines and ensure on-time submissions

Partner cross-functionally to:

  • Organize SDRs and AEs attendance at events
  • Share prep materials and expectations
  • Collect attendee lists post-event
  • Ensure timely sales follow-up and CRM tracking
2. Webinar & Program Support

Support execution of digital programs and campaigns:

  • Schedule and manage webinar logistics
  • Coordinate promotional emails and social posts
  • Support follow-up workflows and lead routing
  • Assist with sponsored content placements and paid program logistics
3. Content Distribution & Repurposing

Maximize the impact of marketing content by:

  • Repurposing webinars, reports, and events into:
    • Blog posts
    • Social media content
    • Email campaigns
  • Supporting regular social posting cadence
  • Maintaining distribution lists and ensuring consistent outbound communication
4. AI-Enabled Execution

Leverage AI tools to improve marketing efficiency:

  • Generate event prep documents and executive summaries
  • Draft follow-up emails and social copy
  • Repurpose content into multiple formats
  • Maintain high quality control across AI-assisted outputs
5. Operational Support
  • Maintain marketing program trackers and timelines
  • Support performance reporting and basic analytics
  • Ensure CRM data hygiene and follow-up consistency
  • Improve internal documentation and repeatable workflows

  • Events executed on time and error-free
  • Increased campaign throughput without sacrificing quality
  • Consistent, timely post-event follow-up
  • Reduced execution burden on senior marketing leaders
  • Strong cross-functional alignment with Sales and Customer teams
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 1–3 years of marketing, events, or program coordination experience
  • Extremely detail-oriented and deadline-driven
  • Comfortable managing multiple moving pieces simultaneously
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Proactive problem solver with high ownership
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
  • Comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity
