Senior administrative/Technical Support operating within a department.
Independently follows established processes providing day-to-day support necessary to ensure delivery of operational targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the development of Marketing Brand materials ranging from print ad templates to online/website content, social media programs and point of sale/retail display elements
- Serve as an “internal liaison” to coordinate integrated marketing efforts with other team members (Product Management, Online/Web, Social Media, CRM, Partnerships and PR)
- Work with our Agency partner(s), directly in some situations, to brief, develop and launch specific Brand materials as required
- Service requests for specific materials/assets from Territory Marketing leads – working with their man-ager and Agency to confirm or delegate execution
- Assist with the ongoing maintenance and refresh of existing materials if/when product features are updated (working closely with the Product team to ensure accuracy)
- Assist with the tracking of metrics and key learnings associated with our product launches and campaigns. This may involve reaching out to channel marketing colleagues to gather feedback from their specific partners
Preferred Education/Experience:
- Education at Bachelor level preferred
- 1 - 4 years of direct experience
- Strong competencies in Excel and PowerPoint and fluent English required
