What makes someone successful on your team?

What I love about Pangea is that it continues to be a place that rewards hard work and initiative. For those who can thrive in an ambiguous environment and take ownership to solve problems, Pangea offers a fantastic opportunity to see the impact of your efforts.

Josh

COO

How do you empower your team to be more creative?

You have to encourage a culture of trying new things. For people to be creative, they have to be allowed to think outside the box, and to do that they have to be OK with failure. We have to be introspective and get better each time, but failure is part of the process. That's the only way to get better.
