B2B Manager
SpotHero is looking for a B2B Marketing Manager who is excited to help evolve our supply-side business, a critical component of our marketplace offering. You’ll be working within a multi-channel, largely consumer-focused marketing team to build a similarly creative and robust program for our parking operator and business owner audiences. You’ll develop close relationships with our sales and account organization in order to better understand and support their efforts, and your goals will be threefold:
- Build Relationships: Secure new partnerships through strategic sales enablement while nurturing existing relationships with targeted, educational, and value-focused communications.
- Drive Demand: Create a lead-gen pipeline and formulate processes to warm and qualify prospects and a CRM program for ongoing communications.
- Thought Leadership: Continue to build upon our industry reputation as a tech leader, and to evolve the parking industry in general, through thought leadership (published and spoken), data-driven insights, tradeshow presence, and press.

What will you do?
- Write! A lot! You’ll develop a library of helpful content addressing FAQs and educating parking operators about how online reservations fit in their business model.
- Evaluate our current sales cycle and determine where marketing can play the most supportive role.
- Identify and develop results-focused case studies.
- Create explainer videos, demos, and one-sheets to communicate our offerings and address recurring questions.
- Chase data-driven insights to inform webinars, roundtable discussions, and research studies.
- Work with our product team to help shape our operator-facing dashboard, create tutorials, and drive partner success.

Pre-Requisites:
- 5+ years relevant experience in B2B marketing and/or product marketing
- Deep familiarity with the modern marketing tech stack, including popular CRM and marketing automation software, webinars, search and social media tools
- Extremely strong writing skills—you’ll be drafting and editing a lot of content. Journalism background a plus (we’ll be asking for writing samples)
- Some event management experience a bonus
