Keeper is hiring an accomplished, world-class Chief Marketing Officer to lead the Keeper Marketing Organization team. This is a hybrid opportunity and will periodically require on-site work in our Chicago-based global headquarters.

The Opportunity

Keeper Security is one of the fastest growing companies in the cybersecurity industry having several million customers in over 120 countries. Darren and Craig are seasoned entrepreneurs who have had several successful exits in their careers. They are product and customer-centric co-founders who spend considerable time working with customers and key industry stakeholders to identify critical unmet needs of the market and; deliver innovative software solutions to solve those needs, at speed. Their B2B product, Keeper Enterprise, is an award-winning cybersecurity software platform that unifies Enterprise Password Management (EPM), Secrets Management and Privileged Connection Management. Keeper Enterprise provides organizations with unmatched visibility, security and role-based access control across every user, on every device - to protect every website, application and system. Keeper Enterprise is one of the most effective platforms for protecting organizations against ransomware attacks, other common attack vectors and cyberthreats. Responsibilities

  • Build world-class, high-velocity and high-volume demand generation programs across several GTMs simultaneously (e.g., B2C and B2B covering enterprise, mid-market, SMB, Fed/SLED) at scale.
  • Continue building out the marketing organization by GTM to optimally align with the Company’s B2B global sales organization.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative analysis to determine the best combination of product positioning, pricing and messaging and channel strategies for Keeper.
  • Develop target personas within each GTM segment and articulate a comprehensive marketing strategy and plan to reach and win those personas - to drive high-velocity and high-volume marketing qualified leads.
  • Work closely with the Chief Revenue Officer and other sales executives to generate the required MQLs for each GTM-focused sales team and market to thousands of existing customers.
  • Execute B2B customer marketing to expand accounts through additional user quantities and SKUs, in order to achieve full enterprise-wide protection for customers.
  • Utilize cost-effective MarTech covering marketing automation, lead scoring, sales enablement, distributed content marketing, CMS, advanced targeting techniques, affiliate marketing, channel marketing (web portal) and ABM/ABX.
  • Achieve mastery of Keeper’s products, leverage key features and benefits and cover these in product marketing campaigns that target key personas and unmet needs in the B2B direct and indirect channels.
  • Present the marketing operations and results to the Company’s Board of Directors at quarterly meetings.

Requirements

  • A demonstrated track record of success in ever increasing leadership roles within the marketing department, along with 5+ years proven experience as Chief Marketing Officer.
  • Have a successful track record of owning and leading out all marketing efforts in the cybersecurity and/or SaaS industry.
  • Exceptional at leading, empowering and managing teams as well as cross-collaborating with other teams covering sales and design.
  • Creative but at the same time, analytical with an ability to embrace accurate, timely reporting, budgeting and KPIs.

Education

An undergraduate degree is required and certification in the product management (and marketing) framework is desirable. Most importantly, the candidate must have deep marketing experience across various GTM segments, marketing tactics (including exceptional training in demand-gen, search and PPC advertising), targeting ICPs and reporting.

Compensation

Highly competitive which shall consist of base salary, annual bonus, stock options and benefits.
