Customer Marketing Manager
It is with that in mind that Hireology is looking to add a Customer Marketing Manager to our Marketing team. This person will focus on the success and growth of our existing customers. You will be our customers’ biggest fan internally and run campaigns that increase product adoption, drive customer advocacy and fuel upsell opportunities with Hireology’s customer base.
The ideal candidate is an outstanding multi-tasker who enjoys working on a range of marketing initiatives. If you are an exceptional project manager with strong attention to detail and like to think of creative and memorable marketing campaigns, this is the role for you.
As a Customer Marketing Manager you will:
- Create ideas, develop, own and project manage multi-channel marketing campaigns focused on driving upsell and renewal opportunities from our current customers
- Identify unique opportunities to get Hireology’s message to our customers to drive engagement and adoption
- Lead and manage customer advocacy programs that source case studies, referrals, reviews and product feedback to fuel new business
- Manage the customer communication calendar and maintain a regular communication cadence with internal stakeholders
- Field requests from individual members of the CS team and assist with prioritization of marketing activities to support individual markets or verticals
- Drive Hireology’s thought leadership strategy and work with the Marketing Content team to deliver unique and compelling thought leadership that drives upsell, renewal or engagement

- 4+ years of experience in customer marketing, demand generation or marketing campaign management roles with proven results and project management skills
- Experience with Salesforce and project management tools. Email automation programs experience is a plus (HubSpot/Pardot or similar)
- Experience with managing customer advocacy programs and/or software
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field or equivalent professional experience
