What we’re looking for
We are looking for a passionate, motivated, and customer-centric email specialist to join our Marketing Technology team.
This role will be responsible for working with the marketing technology manager to build, maintain, and improve our email content and templates. It will involve supporting the larger marketing team in their efforts to build out content that is engaging, performant, and correctly rendered across different email clients.
Our ideal candidate is self-driven and has solid experience working in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or any other comparable enterprise ESPs. This candidate should also have a successful track record of meeting goals while building out high-quality emails in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
In this role, you’ll own the content you produce. You'll also:
- Authoring all email and push notifications before they are sent out to clients.
- Continuously testing, measuring and optimizing communications
- Coordinate and monitor the maintenance and integrity of the contact directory
- Develop standard templates for the communication of insights and manage the central repository of work
- Document standard operating procedures
- Troubleshooting of technical issues related to HTML templates
Skills/Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience working within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Or another comparable ESP: Braze, Marketo, etc)
- Experience building out and/or managing a quality assurance process for messaging. Experience using Litmus is a plus
- Demonstrated experience or comfort learning new technologies as you will be managing and optimizing email campaigns
- Strong organizational and project management skills, must be detail-oriented and strive for precision
- General knowledge of investing and personal finance or desire to learn.
- Excellent collaborator and team-player.
