To keep that momentum going strong, we’re expanding our team of enthusiastic go-getters. We're in search of a Head of Growth to develop a customer lifecycle strategy that organizes the work of marketing, sales, and customer success aimed at increasing revenue and growing our leading market position.

You will:

  • Act as a critical member of the leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO and partnering with our VP of Operations in the day-to-day operations of the business
  • Oversee our Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing leaders and their teams, serving as subject matter expert.
  • Lead strategy and execution to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention in partnership with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Sales.
  • Serve as our digital marketing subject matter expert, developing and executing our demand generation, lead generation, and marketing automation strategy
  • Develop and optimize campaigns and channel strategy across SEO, SEM, email, website, paid digital, and all other acquisition channels.
  • Own marketing operations including the marketing tech stack, analytics, and reporting, and integrate new automated efficiencies where possible.
  • Set business growth goals with leadership; analyze and report on performance, impact, and insights.
  • Plan and prioritize workstreams for multiple audiences in a strategic fashion to align with business goals and optimize results
  • Hire, mange, and develop a strong, high performing growth marketing team, creating an environment that encourages personal growth and operational excellence.
  • Establish high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in planning, forecasting, and budgeting approaches used by the sales, marketing, and finance organizations.
  • Provide counsel to other members of the executive team in implementing objectives that appropriately reflect the company’s business and financial goals.
  • Ensure data is flowing seamlessly from Marketing to Sales to Customer Success to Finance.
  • Own Business Intelligence, using data analysis and storytelling to generate business intelligence insights for the team.

Requirements

You might be a great fit if you have:

  • Proven success in building and scaling teams in a SaaS environment
  • Demonstrated expertise in data-driven digital marketing: demand and lead generation, SEO, SEM, drip campaigns, A/B testing, channel and funnel optimization, etc.
  • Ecommerce experience a plus
  • Demonstrated expertise in marketing automation software (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or similar).
  • High motivation for continuous improvement and ability to drive impact
  • Experience architecting and managing revenue systems from ground up
  • Understanding of and ability to articulate trends in churn and expansion
  • Experience in analytics, territory modeling, TAM modeling, compensation plans, and quota modeling
  • Proven ability to identify and lead growth enabling initiatives.
  • Superior organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to operate with executive leadership
  • Ability to independently identify problems, propose solutions, and execute on those solutions
  • Significant demonstrated expertise in B2C sales. Experience with B2B sales preferred.
  • Experience in Customer Success a plus.

Location

Stemming from the Covid-19 pandemic, we noticed our employees were enjoying the perks of a work-from-wherever lifestyle and that they appreciated the work-life balance that comes with that. Because of this, we have transitioned to a fully remote workforce! Our pets are our new Office Managers.
