Job Description
The Rewards & Product Strategy team sits within the Enterprise Marketing organization and is responsible for driving long-term growth for the organization with a focus on product and rewards platforms. Within Rewards & Products, this role sits on the Cash & Rewards Strategy team and will lead rewards campaign development and support, largely focused on our 5% rewards program.
We are looking for a marketer with strong campaign experience and a history of delivering consumer-first engagement strategies. This team member will partner with channel teams across the organization to drive enrollment and usage and will own our go-to-market messaging for rewards including claim management.
Executes marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including direct mail, paid media, email, site marketing, mobile app, and letters.
Partners with the business and technology to develop and implement marketing strategies.
Partners with internal competitive analysis and research teams to monitor competitive best practices and make recommendation for enhancements.
Coordinates customer research for new customer experiences.
Manages vendor relationships.
Education:
Minimum - Bachelors Marketing, Business or Information Technology
Work Experience:
Minimum 2+ years Marketing Campaign Management, Campaign Strategy, Creative Management, or related experience.
4+ years Marketing Strategy Development, or related experience preferred
In Lieu of Education - Experience: Minimum 4+ years Marketing Campaign Management or related experience.
