Job Description
Responsible for managing web environment design, user experience, deployment, development, and maintenance activities. Performs quality assurance testing of web sites and web applications.
Responsibilities
- Develops impactful conversion and UX strategies — from data-driven ideation, execution, reporting, and analysis.
- Creates and executes deliverables that help inform the ideal experiences for users; this could include items such as website audits, web analytics reviews, user journeys analysis, heuristic reviews, wireframes, information architecture reviews, task flows, user scenarios.
- Demonstrates a passion for continuous learning, iterating, and improving; a sound understanding of the digital marketing landscape; a zest for UX design and research and an entrepreneurial spirit to improve processes — from planning to strategy to deliver.
- Leads strategic conversations with stakeholders to facilitate new work requests, effectively prioritizing and clearly defining UX engagement, requirements, performance goals.
- Partners with stakeholders to refine user and business requirements. Processes requirements into web channel strategy, features, and information architecture.
- Leads the web site governance process and tracks the health of the site. Utilizes analytics and other data to optimize the site.
- Advises on the user experience and ensures consistent representation of the brand across digital platforms.
- Identifies and resolves risks and vulnerabilities detected in the web environment.
Minimum Qualifications
At a minimum, here’s what we need from you:
- Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts, Sciences, Business, Technology, Computer Science, or related quantitative field
- 4+ years of experience in Business, Marketing, Communications Integrated Marketing, Web Design, Web Development, UX, or related field
- In lieu of a degree, 6+ years of experience in Business, Marketing, Communications Integrated Marketing, Web Design, Web Development, UX, or related field
Preferred Qualifications

- 6+ years of experience in Business, Marketing, Communications Integrated Marketing, Web Design, Web Development, UX, or related field
- Proven success in Conversion Rate Optimization, including tactical and strategic achievement, with samples and results of past campaigns
- Ability to understand data, analyze results and draw insights
- User interface design fluency with Adobe Creative Suite
- Consulting or Agency experience preferred
- Financial Services/FinTech or similar industry experience preferred
