The Marketing Coordinator will help drive our efforts to continually improve our marketing processes and technology and partner with our demand generation and content teams on executing on key marketing initiatives, including email marketing, webinars, website optimization, social media, and events.

As the successful candidate, you will undertake the following: 

• Maintain and develop key marketing operation systems, including Hubspot and Salesforce (no prior experience required, but knowledge of marketing automation or CRM systems is a plus)
• Execute key outbound and inbound marketing initiatives including creating emails, social ads, landing pages, website updates, content development and event planning
• Help develop and maintain critical integrations between various marketing systems; work with 'demand generation' team to advance database infrastructure and data organization
• Create and manage contact lists and marketing automation workflows that are critical to target market segmentation and other marketing initiatives
• Assist with defining, documenting, and maintaining process flows to ensure optimization in execution of key marketing initiatives
• Write and develop key messaging for ongoing campaigns and communications, including being able to proofread copy for grammatical errors and inconsistencies
• Collaborate and align cross-functional goals and objectives
• Identify and help develop effective marketing and promotional channels, including media platforms, advertising channels, and other tactics to be used to relay generate leads, and engagement
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and challenges, competitor offerings and positioning, and other important market trends

To be eligible for this role, you should possess the following: 

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role that has a strong administrative focus undertaking similar tasks 
• Excellent proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams 
• Bachelor's Degree desirable 
• Excellent ability to think innovatively whilst being technologically sound and a fast learner
• Very strong operations perspective, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to deliver within a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to apply initiative 
• Keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Desire to work in a team-oriented environment yet able to work independently
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project management skills and the ability to follow processes
