Adage's Marketing Specialist will be responsible for executing digital marketing and event marketing activities to grow Adage's brand and presence with prospects, clients, partners, and sponsors. You'll join our Marketing Director as part of a small team with the goal of driving leads and conversions to support the growth of our sales funnel. This role will provide the opportunity to be involved with many facets of marketing and make an impact across the organization.
As a Marketing Specialist, you will develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as email, social media, digital campaigns, and events. You'll partner with the marketing, sales, product, executive, and recruiting teams to identify key marketing opportunities to generate new quality leads and provide visibility on key marketing insights and highlights. You'll handle production and publishing of marketing collateral and social media content, collaborating with Adage's design team and subject matter experts as needed.
Our ideal candidate is a social-media savvy marketer with a solid understanding of digital marketing, exceptional communication skills, and the desire to learn. As a self-starter with an analytical approach to problem solving, you should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll do:
- Write, edit, and proofread marketing collateral and social media content, including videos.
- Lead the planning and implementation of event logistics
- Organize and route internal social media content calendars, including ad hoc social media content requests
- Handle the organization, development, and ongoing maintenance of website properties to improve content's search rankings, CTR, traffic, and conversions.
- Execute and oversee SEM strategy, including keyword strategy, PPC, link building, page rank, organic SEO, and more
- Identify success metrics and report on Marketing Insights, proficiency in web analytics, and keyword tools
- Build reports to provide visibility into event marketing campaign results and measure campaign effectiveness
- Coordinate strategy, project, and communication plans for virtual, in-person, and hybrid event initiatives to drive quality attendees.
- Communicate marketing activities, KPI's, and results in a clear, data-driven manner
We want someone who has:
- 2-3 years of relevant marketing experience
- A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communication or similar
- Solid knowledge of digital strategy, terminology and analytics related to web, search, email
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across multiple mediums with a variety of audiences
- Great project and budget management capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to take direction from multiple people and work collaboratively at all levels of the organization
- Experience with Marketo or similar marketing automation tool
- Experience with Google Ads & Google Analytics
- The ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and handle pressure in a positive manner
- Familiarity with Photoshop, InDesign, Premier is a plus
