We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to significantly grow our social media presence and build our reputation online.

You will:

  • Monitor our social media platforms
  • Generate engaging social content
  • Analyze & react to the performance of platforms
  • Manage our online reputation
  • Engage with social followers by responding to all comments and messages
  • Respond to online reviews
  • Develop and execute social media campaigns
  • Uphold brand consistency across platforms

Requirements

  • 3yrs + social media management experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Communications
  • Successful track record growing a company's social media presence
  • Ability to be creative
  • Flexible, adaptable to change
  • Fast-paced
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Highly engaged social media background
  • Strategic and analytical
  • Knowledge of SEO
  • Must be able to travel to Chicago for quarterly team meetings

Location

Stemming from the Covid-19 pandemic, we noticed our employees were enjoying the perks of a work-from-wherever lifestyle and that they appreciated the work-life balance that comes with that. Because of this, we have transitioned to a fully remote workforce! Our pets are our new Office Managers.
