VP of Marketing
Keeper Security, Inc., the creators of the leading password and data vault for Smartphones, Tablets and PC's, is seeking an dynamic marketing professional to help us continue to grow our industry leading brand.
We are looking for a strong leader who can oversee both our consumer and B2B marketing teams who will be responsible for overseeing the planning, development and execution of Keeper's marketing and advertising initiatives as well as lead generation for our robust sales team. The candidate will have a disciplined metrics-driven approach to marketing strategies and tactics and be able to succinctly inform senior management on the performance of marketing initiatives.
Reporting directly to the CEO, the VP of Marketing’s primary responsibility is to generate revenue by increasing sales through successful marketing for the entire organization, using market research, pricing, product marketing, marketing communications, advertising and public relations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum 15 years of experience in software marketing and must be able to roll up their sleeves and get in the trenches with senior leaders and marketing team members.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute Keeper marketing strategy
- Develop messaging and product positioning to reach enterprise and consumer customers across key verticals
- Grow leads for sales team through a variety of paid and organic channels including conferences and trade shows, digital media (search, display, email, social), channel partners and traditional offline advertising
- Analyze marketing spend and allocate across channels to maximize ROI
- Execute campaign marketing tools to nurture leads throughout the buying process
- Work closely with sales team to understand customer purchase behavior and lead conversion funnel in order to market most effectively
- Create compelling marketing content (videos, product specs, white papers, and case studies) that informs customers during their consideration process
- Build and maintain existing relationships with industry thought leaders (e.g. Gartner, Forrester, etc.)
- Identify speaking and presentation opportunities at trade shows and conferences

Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of experience in software marketing
- Bachelor's degree and/or an advanced degree in marketing or business (MBA) is preferred
- Thorough knowledge of marketing principles, brand, product and service management for both B2B and consumer
- Direct experience executing a content marketing strategy (required)
- Previous experience working with channel sales teams
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to what is required
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Strong analytics background with a metrics driven marketing approach
- Must be positive-minded, team-oriented, diligent, organized, timely and detail driven
- Willing to roll up their sleeves and get in the trenches when needed
- Embraces and admires technology covering apps for mobile devices and tablets
