Collects and reports adverse drug reactions, supports regional managers with representative onboarding and product training, and maintains full compliance with company policies. The role requires pharmaceutical industry experience, customer communication skills, office software proficiency, English ability, and successful company senior representative and RDPAC certification exams.

1) 新入职代表的上岗培训：熟悉客户、市场、公司报告系统及相关政策。
2) 协助地区经理在团队中进行产品知识的培训。
9. 100% 遵守合规所有的相关规定。
任职要求
大专以上学历，医、药专业或医、药市场营销专业为佳
5年以上医、药行业市场相关工作经验
熟练使用计算机办公软件
具备一定的英语听说读写能力
具有良好的语言表达能力及清晰的沟通协调能力
通过公司高代认证考试和RDPAC的认证考试
