The Edge Fitness Clubs is growing and we are looking for our next rockstar Membership Advisor. As a Membership Advisor you'll turn conversations into connections and moments of members coming back to tell you, you changed their life. You'll thrive in a high-energy gym where the music's loud, the goals are big, and no two days are the same. If you've got personality, confidence, and a little hustle, we've got a spot with your name on it.

What You’ll DO:

  • Change lives daily by bringing high energy, big smiles, and an unforgettable welcome every time a member walks in.
  • Crush sales goals by sparking excitement, connecting with prospects, and turning conversations into memberships.
  • Be the fitness hype person—educate, inspire, and guide members through everything our club has to offer while delivering a top-tier experience.

  • This is a non-exempt, full-time position with varied hours based on business needs.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, see or hear. This is largely a sedentary role; however, you will be touring prospects walking through the club. This position requires that you work within the clubs and you may go out to the community for outreach.
