Job Description*Position can be filled in the Western Half of the US with a preference for the state of Oregon. Position will require up to 80% travel.
Summary: The MEP coordinator will work cross-departmentally to support the successful execution of integrated delivery projects. This role will lead the implementation of equipment delivery, installation, QA/QC testing, and startup support, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Project Support:
- Support the management of project schedules, resource allocation, and progress tracking
- Closely collaborate with Senior Project Managers, Program Managers, Engineering Leads, VP of Delivery, VP of Services, and other stakeholders
- Continuously and proactively identify and mitigate potential risks to optimize project outcomes
- Technical Expertise:
- Provide technical support to team members and resolve technical issues
- Provide hands on expertise to ensure projects and products are delivered on time, within budget, and with the highest quality standards
- Support the design, installation, and maintenance according to project specifications and industry best practices
- Quality Control:
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality and compliance with project requirements
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures
- Identify and address quality issues or discrepancies
- Support the attainment of equipment production and delivery schedules from our partners and suppliers
- Safety:
- Promote a safety-first culture by adhering to all safety regulations and procedures
- Ensure all work is performed safely and responsibly

Qualifications
Required Knowledge/Experience:
- Field experience in Construction Management or related field, skilled trades, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of five years of experience in MEP design, construction, or maintenance, with a strong electrical background
- A strong understanding of mission critical electrical power distribution systems (eg., generators, UPS, PDU, STS), mechanical systems, and industry standards
- Ability to identify and resolve technical and project-related issues
Required Skill/Abilities:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced, matrix organization – leading, collaborating, following, motivating, and supporting teams effectively
- Ability to cultivate a positive and collaborative team environment
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Work Environment and Physical Demands
- FLSA executive and professional positions paid on a salary basis, where project requirements and tight client deadlines may require workweeks over 40 hours (including weekends or holidays).
- Work is conducted in an office environment and at client sites with exposure to the elements and harsh environments
- Significant desk work on a computer
- Lifting requirements of fifty (50) pounds. All lifting should be done following OSHA standards.
