Responsibilities:

· Implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365   

· Installation, training, upgrading, configuration, support, and documentation of 365   

· Ability to work closely with technical staff to define and document user requirements and functional specifications 

· Ability to provide Post-implementation support (help desk) 

· Provide onsite and offsite consulting services and support to Dynamics 365 clients Learn, utilize, and promote the RSM Project Implementation Methodology 

 

Required Qualifications: 

· 5+ Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365  

· Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, MIS or equivalent 

   

Preferred Qualifications:

· Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM certified a plus 

· Experience with Scribe a plus 

· SQL Server Reporting Services a plus

At RSM, an employee’s pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.

Compensation Range: $95,400 - $192,000

Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
