We’re looking for a Microsoft Dynamics Developer with strong Azure and .NET (C#) experience to support and enhance business-critical services. The role is hands-on across BAU support, DR readiness, and continuous cloud cyber vulnerability management—triaging findings daily and driving timely remediation through controlled release processes.

Work Location: Buffalo, NY
Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days/week in office)
Salary Range: $100K/Yr - $120K/Yr Base + Annual Bonus

The posted range is the hiring range for this role — a subset of the broader range available to employees over time — and reflects base salary across our national hiring scale. Final offers are based on several factors, including the candidate's skills and experience, internal pay equity, work location, market conditions for the role, and the specific scope and responsibilities of the position. The top of the range is reserved for candidates who notably exceed the requirements; the lower end applies to those with less experience or fewer preferred qualifications. For positions based in higher-cost zones (e.g., California, New York, New Jersey), actual compensation may exceed the posted range; your recruiter will share specifics during the process

  • Maintain and enhance integrations and APIs supporting Dynamics-related workloads.
  • Perform operational maintenance, monitoring, and performance tuning to meet availability and reliability expectations.
  • Contribute to DR readiness activities (runbooks, testing support, resilience improvements).
  • Lead technology upgrade (e.g. .NET) business change efforts as required.

Cloud cyber vulnerability management (daily operational demand):

  • Daily review and triage of vulnerability/scanning reports; validate and assess new findings as they arise.
  • Plan and implement remediation (code/config/infra), scheduling changes through UAT and Production in line with change controls and release windows.
  • Manage continuous intake of new issues (new findings, newly published CVEs, configuration drift) and maintain remediation backlog.
  • Prioritise remediation based on severity, exploitability, and operational impact; escalate blockers to ensure timely resolution.
  • Ensure fixes are implemented securely and align with engineering standards and audit expectations.

Engineering & delivery:

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics (Dynamics 365/CRM concepts; customisations/integrations exposure preferred).
  • Strong C#/.NET development experience, specifically Azure Functions.
  • Solid experience with core Azure services and deployment patterns.
  • Experience with Azure Service Bus (queues/topics, retries, dead-letter handling).
  • CI/CD and release management experience using Azure DevOps (pipelines, approvals, artefacts, environments).
  • Hands-on experience with Azure Key Vault (secrets/certificates, managed identity patterns).
  • Experience with Blob Storage (access patterns, lifecycle, security considerations).
  • Strong data access skills using Entity Framework.
  • API troubleshooting and validation using Postman.
  • Proven experience supporting production systems with high availability and strong operational discipline.

Desirable

  • Familiarity with secure coding practices and cloud security controls.
  • Experience working within regulated environments and formal change management.

Working Style / Expectations

  • Comfortable operating in a “run and change” environment: rapid triage, clear communication, disciplined remediation, and controlled releases.
  • Strong ownership mindset—able to drive issues end-to-end from discovery through to production verification and documentation.
