At SINAI Technologies, we’re on a mission to help companies decarbonize confidently. Our platform empowers enterprises to manage, analyze, and reduce carbon emissions with powerful AI-driven tools that align climate action with financial performance. We support global leaders across industries as they transition to a low-carbon economy, building resilience and long-term value.

The Role

We’re looking for a motivated and ambitious bilingual Mid-Market Account Executive to help new business acquisition and account expansion across the Americas (North and South America), driving strategic growth as part of our international GTM team. This is a high-impact, full-cycle sales role for an independent, mission-driven closer with a deep understanding of complex solution sales and the evolving ESG and sustainability landscape in North and South America.

You will work closely with senior sales leaders, Climate Experience professionals, and Marketing to generate pipeline, qualify opportunities, run sales processes, and support prospects throughout their buying journey. You'll lead mid-market sales and gain exposure to enterprise-level sales cycles while helping organizations accelerate their decarbonization efforts.

What You'll Do
  • Support the execution of territory plans to win new mid-market and enterprise logos and expand existing accounts across the Americas
  • Generate a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting, social selling, referrals, and market research
  • Manage the full sales cycle: discovery, consultative selling, product demonstrations, stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and closing
  • Collaborate with the Climate Experience team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities while ensuring client success
  • Work closely with Marketing to localize messaging and campaigns based on North and South America market nuances and industry verticals
  • Stay current on climate regulation, ESG reporting standards, and sustainability trends relevant to the market
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, educating stakeholders across sustainability, finance, and operations
  • Provide insights and feedback to the Product and GTM teams based on market conversations and client needs
  • Represent SINAI at leading ESG and sustainability events, forums, and roundtables throughout the region
Who You Are
  • A self-starter with a demonstrated ability to achieve goals in sales, business development, customer-facing, or other performance-driven environments
  • Interested in ESG, sustainability, carbon markets, and decarbonization, with a desire to build expertise in the space
  • Strong relationship-builder with an interest in developing consultative selling skills and engaging senior business stakeholders
  • Able to manage multiple opportunities and stakeholders in an organized manner and aligning buying groups across multiple departments
  • Experienced in pipeline generation, CRM hygiene, and forecasting (HubSpot or similar CRM)
  • Communicative, adaptable, and energized by solving hard problems with a mission-driven team
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Bonus points for a background in sustainability, ESG consulting, or climate tech platform
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales experience
  • 1+ years selling into enterprise organizations ($500M+ revenue companies)
  • Demonstrated history of exceeding quota and closing multi-year SaaS agreements
  • Proven ability to source, manage, and close complex deals
  • Familiarity with MEDDICC, Challenger, or other enterprise sales methodologies

Why Join SINAI:

  • Help some of the world's largest companies accelerate decarbonization efforts.
  • Work alongside climate experts, technologists, and enterprise operators passionate about building a more sustainable future
  • Competitive salary depending on experience and location
  • Opportunity to build, not just operate, as SINAI continues to scale its global climate platform
  • Collaborative and transparent culture with direct exposure to executive leadership
  • Flexible, remote-first environment and a team passionate about impact and innovation
  • Health & Wellness Stipends
  • Company wide Rest & Recharge Days + Volunteer Days
