Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated Mid-Market Account Executive to grow our partnerships in the employer space. Your role will be to build and maintain relationships with employers, evangelize the 12twenty platform, and close new business to expand our presence among talent acquisition teams.

You’ll be engaging with stakeholders across HR, Talent Acquisition, and Operations—so the role requires a blend of charm and sophistication, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop and maintain high-value relationships with HR and Talent Acquisition leaders at employer companies

  • Lead discovery conversations and conduct virtual or in-person product demos tailored to each employer’s hiring goals

  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets

  • Create, present, and negotiate proposals and contracts with prospective employer partners

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the Implementation, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and inform product development

  • Provide strategic insights and feedback to improve our go-to-market approach

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in SaaS sales, preferably in recruiting tech, HR tech, ATS, or CRM platforms

  • Strong understanding of employer hiring needs

  • Proven success in managing a full sales cycle, from prospecting to close

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

  • BA/BS degree required

  • Self-starter with a hunter mentality and strong organizational skills

  • Committed to professionalism, continuous learning, and team success

Bonus Points:

  • Salesforce experience

  • Familiarity with the talent acquisition landscape and employer branding challenges

Annual compensation range: Up to $140,000 OTE

 

The annual compensation range for this position is listed above. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on company compensation practices, job related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and trainings, in addition to geographic location. 

In addition to the range below, US employees are eligible for equity. Employees in this position are also eligible to participate in the Company’s standard benefit programs, which currently include the following: medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401(k), and paid time off.
