About Omni

Omni is the AI analytics platform. Omni turns company data into a trusted source of truth for AI. Built on a semantic model that provides shared metrics, permissions, and Git version control, Omni is the governed context graph for the enterprise. It connects to the company data estate and serves as the semantic foundation for native and external AI agents. Users ask questions in plain English, refine results in workbooks, and bring Omni intelligence into the tools teams already use.
Headquartered in San Francisco with hubs in EMEA and APAC, we are backed by leading investors including ICONIQ Growth, Theory Ventures, First Round Capital, Redpoint Ventures, Google Ventures, Snowflake Ventures, and Databricks Ventures.

About the Role:

Join our Professional Services team and lead the migration of customers from Explo to Omni, covering pre-sales, scoping, training, solutioning, automation, and hands-on data modeling.

You will scope, sell, and deliver technical projects, advise customers, build solutions, and manage consulting teams. As a customer advocate, you will identify issues, share feedback to shape product direction, and discover new use cases. You will be the face of the company for your portfolio, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a deep technical expert on Omni both internally & externally, solving our customers’ most challenging data and architecture problems.

  • Manage a dynamic portfolio of concurrent customer projects—ranging from SMB to enterprise engagements—balancing multiple timelines, workstreams, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes. Serve as the primary customer-facing technical point of contact, and build strong, long-term customer relationships.

  • Take end-to-end ownership of project management and delivery for your portfolio of engagements, including: scoping of requirements, assignment of resources, coordination of work across partners and customers

  • Achieve customer outcomes through managing and driving a portfolio of consulting and delivery partners

  • Define and document best practices and design patterns for the use of Omni

  • Partner with Omni’s Product, Design, and Engineering teams to provide user feedback, and guide product direction based on your experience with customers and partners.

  • Create delightful experiences for our customers. Build trust-filled advisory relationships, and find ways to make data teams more successful.

About You:
  • 3.5+ years in technical consulting / project management, ideally in the data space

  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder technical projects

  • Exceptional communication abilities across technical and non-technical audiences

  • Strong technical background with hands-on experience in data engineering and/or BI tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, Mode, Metabase), particularly those with a semantic layer (such as Omni & Looker)

  • Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where you’re constantly learning and collaborating

A typical day for you at Omni:
  • 30% Pre-sales technical support & scoping

  • 30% hands on delivery

  • 30% Project management / partner delivery supervisor

  • 10% Internal best practices and technical development

Location & Travel:

This role is open for any candidates based in the US. Travel may be up to 30%, based on customer needs.

Why Join Us
  • Passionate, close-knit team with extensive experience in the space, including founders from Looker and Stitch Data

  • Comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance

  • Unlimited PTO

  • Cutting-edge technical environment; collaborative and innovative company culture
