HUB is looking for a Mobility Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional who has prior experience of successfully managing telecom orders and providing white glove support. Experience with line audits and cost allocations is a plus.

As a Mobility Analyst, your primary role is to act as the day-to-day liaison between our end users, mobility providers, and our MSP to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders and service initialization. You will also assist in actioning audit findings and handling queries around cost allocations, orders, and service activations. Additionally, engagement may be required to support authentication tools and Apple Business Manager enrollment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Respond to queries and escalations from users regarding MACD (Moves/Adds/Changes/Disconnects) activity by partnering with carriers/vendors to troubleshoot and manage changes needed for HUB device catalog.
  • Work with leadership to oversee managed services providers, assist in monitoring KPIs/CPIs and deliverables, and execute large-scale project deliverables and deployments to meet HUB’s unique requirements.
  • Assist with cost allocation distribution and queries, as well as executing line audits and coordinating reviews of terminated users, unused lines, and actioning changes to lines.
  • Participate in regularly scheduled carrier/vendor status calls to obtain detailed information and status regarding all orders being managed and assist with monitoring carrier/vendor SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
  • Communicate and escalate status and issues clearly and promptly, follow through on open carrier escalations and provisioning, and assist with developing, processing, and managing updates for SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) documentation.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Solid background in telecom provisioning and client-facing support, with experience in initiation and management of telecom service orders, MACDs (Moves, Adds, Changes, Disconnects) via software systems, vendor portals, or similar methods.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in telecom (Order Management, and/or Service Delivery).
  • Conceptual knowledge of MDM, MFA, and Apple Business Manager.
  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with internal team members and telecom carriers/vendors via email and conference calls (Zoom, MS Teams, WebEx, etc.) .
  • Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills to achieve company and team SLAs, with the ability to prioritize deadlines and initiate communications with the management team if deadlines appear to be at risk.
  • Comfortable working against deadlines while multi-tasking non-critical situations in a fast-paced environment, with proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and prior experience with ServiceNow and Intune being a plus.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Prior experience of successfully managing telecom orders and providing white glove support, with a strong emphasis on client satisfaction.
  • Experience with line audits and cost allocations, demonstrating the ability to manage and optimize telecom expenses effectively.
  • Proficiency in developing and managing updates for SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) documentation, ensuring that processes are well-documented and consistently followed.

Although hybrid to a local HUB office is desirable, we are open to remote candidates.
