We’re looking for a Motion Graphics Designer to bring the Pesa brand to life through engaging, high-quality motion and visual storytelling.

This role sits at the intersection of design, storytelling, brand, and marketing. You’ll create motion-led content for campaigns, social media, product launches, digital advertising, and other customer touchpoints.

What You’ll Do
  • Create engaging motion graphics and animations for Pesa’s marketing campaigns, social media, website, email, in-app experiences, and digital advertising.

  • Translate campaign concepts, product stories, and marketing briefs into compelling visual narratives.

  • Develop short-form video content designed for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.

  • Bring static brand assets, illustrations, typography, and campaign concepts to life through animation and motion.

  • Work closely with the Brand, Marketing, Content, Product, and Growth teams to develop creative that supports business and campaign objectives.

  • Develop motion concepts from brief to final execution, including storyboarding, animation, editing, sound, and delivery.

  • Create product and feature animations that make complex financial products and user journeys easier to understand.

  • Adapt creative concepts into multiple formats, sizes, and platforms while maintaining visual consistency.

  • Contribute to the evolution of Pesa’s motion language, helping define how the brand moves and behaves across different touchpoints.

  • Participate in creative brainstorming and bring fresh ideas, references, trends, and visual approaches to the team.

  • Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

  • Ensure all motion work follows Pesa’s brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity.

What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience in motion graphics, animation, video design, or a related creative role.

  • Experience working in fintech, technology, financial services, or other fast-moving digital businesses.

  • A strong portfolio demonstrating excellent motion design, animation, storytelling, and visual execution.

  • Strong knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

  • Strong understanding of typography, composition, colour, pacing, transitions, and visual storytelling.

  • Ability to turn an idea or brief into a clear visual concept and compelling piece of content.

  • Strong attention to detail and a high standard for visual quality.

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Strong understanding of brand consistency and how visual design can support brand positioning.

  • Ability to work quickly and adapt creatively for different audiences, formats, and channels.

  • Curiosity about emerging creative trends, formats, tools, and technologies.

  • Familiarity with Figma and collaborative design workflows.

Nice to Have
  • Experience with 3D animation or Cinema 4D/Blender.

  • Experience with character animation or illustration.

  • Experience with sound design and audio editing.

  • Experience creating UI/product animations and app demos.
