This role supports expansion and retention by partnering closely with Expansion and Customer Success teams to execute coordinated, marketing-led strategies.

This is a hands-on, individual contributor role for a marketer who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing programs from planning through execution.

  • Build and manage email nurture programs for MSP customers across different stages of the lifecycle.

  • Lead MSP-exclusive initiatives such as webinars, campaigns, and value-driven programs in collaboration with Product Marketing and Content Marketing.

  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to develop and distribute MSP-facing sales and marketing resources that support customer growth.

  • Work closely with Account Management and Client Success teams to align marketing programs with MSP customer needs and lifecycle milestones.

  • Support communications to MSP customers related to product updates, programs, and key initiatives.

  • Partner with our RevOps team to execute campaigns using HubSpot and track performance, identifying insights and opportunities for optimization.

  • Manage multiple projects and timelines to ensure accurate and timely execution.

  • Report on program performance and provide actionable recommendations to improve engagement, adoption, and customer success.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with direct experience marketing to MSPs required.

  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce CRM marketing and sales automation platforms.

  • Proven success building and executing lifecycle or expansion-focused marketing programs within an existing customer base.

  • Strong copywriting skills for email, communications, and MSP-facing enablement materials.

  • Highly detail-oriented with excellent project management skills.

  • Understanding the MSP customer lifecycle dynamics and how to support adoption, growth, and retention.

  • Collaborative working style with experience partnering cross-functionally with Account Management, Customer Support, and other marketing teams.

  • Data-driven mindset with experience measuring program performance and optimizing for results.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience in cybersecurity or related technology markets is a strong plus.

Why You’ll Love This Role

  • Drive programs that directly impact product adoption and utilization, expansion, and long-term MSP customer value.

  • Play a key role in shaping how Blackpoint Cyber grows and strengthens MSP customer relationships.

  • Work cross-functionally with customer-facing teams and marketing leaders in a collaborative environment.

  • Fully remote role with autonomy and meaningful ownership.

KPIs / Success Measures

  • Engagement and performance of MSP customer expansion and lifecycle campaigns.

  • Adoption and utilization of MSP-facing enablement resources.

  • Effectiveness of expansion-focused campaigns supporting MSP customer growth.

  • Alignment and execution of initiatives with Account Management and Customer Support teams.

  • Program insights and optimizations that improve MSP customer engagement and growth over time.
