We’ve seen tremendous traction and are growing extremely quickly. SentiLink supports a variety of ways to work, ranging from fully remote to in-office. We operate as a digital-first company with strong collaboration across the U.S. and India. We maintain physical offices in Austin, San Francisco, New York City, Seattle, Los Angeles, and Chicago in the U.S., and in Gurugram (Delhi) and Bengaluru in India. If you’re located near one of these offices, we would love for you to spend time in the office regularly. Some roles are hybrid or in-office by design. Role:

As a National Account Executive for SentiLink Intercept, you will be responsible for selling a brand new innovative solution to financial institutions. Your role will focus on introducing our upcoming product, Intercept, that helps our partners solve their fraud and identity challenges. You will build pipeline from scratch, strategically position our offerings, and cultivate trust with potential partners to drive meaningful traction. You’ll be the sales expert for Intercept, building the playbook and sales process, and helping enable your teammates to sell Intercept in their book of business.

What is Intercept?

SentiLink Intercept is our forthcoming fraud investigation tool, currently in development, that will provide institutions with powerful insights into consumers and businesses to investigate fraud throughout the customer lifecycle. Unlike general-purpose search tools, Intercept is engineered for fraud prevention, equipping analysts with actionable intelligence to resolve cases faster and more confidently.

This is a remote, US-based role.

Responsibilities:
  • Build pipeline through cold outreach and follow-up on warm leads generated by marketing

  • Own the full sales process end-to-end: first meeting, demo, trial, negotiate, and close

  • Represent SentiLink’s new product offerings at industry events, tradeshows, and conferences

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of successful experience in sales and business development selling investigative tools for identity, fraud, and risk

  • Proven track record of pipeline generation and quota attainment

  • Familiarity with identity verification or fraud detection solutions—or a strong willingness to learn

  • Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven with a hustler mentality

  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and reside in the U.S.

Compensation:
  • $200,000/year - $250,000/year OTE + equity + benefits

Perks:
  • Employer paid group health insurance for you and your dependents

  • 401(k) plan with employer match (or equivalent for non US-based roles)

  • Flexible paid time off

  • Regular company-wide in-person events

  • Home office stipend, and more!

Corporate Values:
  • Follow Through

  • Deep Understanding

  • Whatever It Takes

  • Do Something Smart
