Daniels Health is seeking a National Account Manager to lead strategic relationships with large Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) across multiple regions. This high-impact role ensures retention, growth, and operational excellence for our most complex national accounts.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with IDN stakeholders across regions.
  • Develop strategic account plans aligned with customer goals and Daniels Health solutions.
  • Drive revenue growth through upsell, cross-sell, and contract renewals.
  • Lead contract negotiations and manage multi-region agreements.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver seamless onboarding and service.
  • Monitor KPIs, compliance, and sustainability metrics; conduct quarterly business reveiws.
  • Provide education and best practices for waste management and infection control.
  • Act as the escalation point for complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Travel regularly (40–60%) to strengthen relationships and oversee implementations.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years in healthcare account management, preferably with IDNs or national accounts.
  • Proven success managing multi-region accounts and driving strategic growth.
  • Experience leading teams.
  • Strong negotiation, consultative selling, and executive presentation skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional projects and deliver operational excellence.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and data reporting tools.
