Job Summary
The National Accounts Manager | Convenience, Midwest at Stateside Brands is tasked with driving sales performance and achieving business objectives within the convenience channel. The primary areas of focus will include: Casey's, Kwik Trip/Kwik Star, Circle K, 7/11, and Speedway across Michigan, Illinois, Wisconsin, and Iowa. This proactive and results-oriented individual will manage the comprehensive business operations of designated accounts, encompassing the conceptualization, distribution, adherence to regulations, and fiscal administration of marketing and sales endeavors. The primary goal is to propel sales growth, augment the visibility of the Stateside Vodka brands, and cultivate enduring relationships with prominent national chains. This role demands the formulation, deployment, and oversight of strategic sales plans aimed at expanding business prospects and escalating revenue generation from pivotal accounts. This role may be based near any major airport in Michigan, Illinois, Wisconsin, or Iowa. 
Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate meaningful relationships by fostering an environment of trust and clear communication. Perform all tasks with professionalism and efficiency, setting a strong example for others.
  • Implement sales strategies and innovative marketing approaches with primary customers in key markets to drive brand growth and meet financial goals.
  • Oversee the implementation and dissemination of National Account initiatives.
  • Establish a consistent, beneficial presence in the market, engaging with major national account purchasers and local teams.
  • Uphold brand integrity and adhere to specific brand priorities across all sales channels.
  • Provide insightful analysis of market trends and competitive dynamics to the leadership team.
  • Develop and manage a list of National Account targets through strategic engagement points.
  • Actively participate in local community events and functions, representing the distillery in a manner that aligns with our core values and objectives.
  • Continuously monitor and assess market performance to ensure alignment with set targets.
  • Gather and analyze competitive pricing information and strategies, sharing insights with the broader sales team.
  • Work in collaboration with the Director of National Accounts to forge new strategic pathways.
  • Partner with the commercial strategy team to ensure seamless national implementation of key projects.
  • Perform other related tasks as required.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years experience working with National or Regional Chain Accounts in the adult beverage sector.
  • A strong history of achieving sales targets and expanding distribution for high-end brands in the alcohol industry, CPG, or a similar sector.
  • Demonstrated ability in building and nurturing pivotal relationships through service, trust, and understanding.
  • Self-motivated with a keen interest in personal growth and skill development.
  • Robust understanding of the business environment including knowledge of market dynamics, competitors, and industry trends.
  • Outstanding skills in verbal and written communication, presentations, negotiations, and managing conflicts.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other software tools relevant to job responsibilities.
  • Familiarity with local, state, and federal regulations concerning alcoholic beverages.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and a record of safe driving.
  • Military experience is a plus.

Compensation
  • Estimated Base Salary Range: $120,000-$150,000 USD.
  • Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, and qualifications.
  • The salary range refers to base salary only and is not inclusive of the total compensation package.
